The Novelist (Daiquiri)

Made for the nightlife, this elegant blend of Sonrisa Platino Puerto Rican Rum and maraschino liqueur meld together with bright citrus for an elegant Daiquiri served up.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz  –  Sonrisa Platino Puerto Rican Rum

0.25 oz  –  Maraschino Liqueur

0.75 oz   –   Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

0.5 oz   –   Fresh Squeezed Grapefruit Juice

0.5 oz   –   Simple Syrup

PREPARATION

In a shaking glass add Sonrisa Platino Puerto Rican Rum, maraschino liqueur, fresh squeezed lime juice, fresh squeezed grapefruit juice, and simple syrup. Cover with ice and shake. Strain into a chilled coupe glass and garnish with a lime wheel and brandied cherry.
