SONRISA COLADA

A smile from the tropics with a duo of Sonrisa Platino and Oro Especial Puerto Rican Rums, rich coconut cream, punched up by pineapple and lime juice.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz  –  Sonrisa Platino Puerto Rican Rum

0.5 oz   –   Sonrisa Oro Especial Puerto Rican Rum (optional)

1 oz   –   Coconut Cream

1.5 oz   –   Pineapple Juice

0.5 oz   –   Fresh Squeezed Lime Juice

PREPARATION

In a shaking glass add Sonrisa Platino Puerto Rican Rum, coconut Cream, pineapple juice, and lime juice. Cover with ice and shake. Strain into a highball or other glass and top with Sonrisa Oro Especial Puerto Rican Rum. Garnish with pineapple wedge and pineapple leaves.
