PUERTO RICAN OLD FASHIONED

A sophisticated twist on an Old Fashioned with Sonrisa Reserva Puerto Rican Rum, turbinado simple syrup, and a dash of Tiki Bitters.

INGREDIENTS

2 oz  –  Sonrisa Reserva Puerto Rican Rum

0.5 oz  –  Turbinado Simple Syrup

3 dashes  –  Bittermens Elemakule Tiki Bitters

PREPARATION

In a mixing glass add Sonrisa Reserva Puerto Rican Rum, turbinado simple syrup, and bitters. Cover with ice and stir for 20 Seconds. Strain into a rocks glass over a large ice cube and garnish with a banana leaf.
